Hopefully our wives dont band together and form the anti WITP forum. My "wife frown at immersed husband in WITP count" is nearing a million......

Are the manuals of WITP and AE similar?  Yes they are both large and detailed so that learning either game is an unending endeavor.  Be able to beat the AI on hard and then get clocked in PBEM.

I never thought that doing an AAR would be so time consuming and difficult.

blah since I was stupid enough to leave the WITP forums open, my girl went and read this forum post, now im doing extra chores for few days since I have "so much time to spend on my hobby"

Hmmmm, a gf with a lack of tolerance for your "hobby" (read obsession)?  Maybe she would prefer you crawling around bars?  Not a good situation.....

No you wouldn't - victory would feel too cheap. I ran into the KB with 20 CAP fighters and no strike aircraft, and the feeling of victory was very empty.
