Does torpedo bombers glide bomb?

To support amphibious invasion, I gave mini-KB order to do some ground attack. Altitude setting was 10 000 feet. But I noticed that planes were bombing from 2000-5000 feet, and this happened next day too. So does TBs glide bomb?
