Put the chrome in the editor?

There seems to me to be a lot of interest in production options, but I think Jeremy is right that the first priority has to be the stability of the historical game. Matrix should pay attention to the desire for production options in how they design their editor, but I for one, would not pressure them to push production options further than they wanted to in their own independent judgment. In any event any production option would need to be firmly segregated for the historical scenario.

I would like the editor to have the option to change the production level, if so desired. Need a very good editor please.
