cannot run new download

I have tried to load and run the upodate to ver 7.02 on two different computers. when I go to run the program, it tells me there is a problem with the applocation and to email Matrix support. the warning pop up box says missing exe I have emailed matrix with no reply. anyone else running into this?

Are you using the same download on both PCs ? Just wondering if your download might have become corrupted.

Otherwise I'd be tempted to try a complete fresh install.

no, different downloads. I just installed the game on my laptop. 1.07.01 ran fine on my desktop, but not the new one.

Got it! But I am curious since 1.07.02 is simply a different EXE file??? Odd???

Could you cut and paste the exact message, or better yet give us a screen shot of the error.  Could you also attach a DxDiag?

You could also try un-, reinstalling, and only running the .02 update.  They are comprehensive, so you don't need to run both.  Though I would like to figure out what is going on.  [&:]
