Was the manual updated for 1.70?

I'm having trouble finding the new rules in the manual. Was it updated? If not where can we get the new one or at least what the changes are.

No, the manual has not been updated for any of the patches. Check your files for the Readme.txt for changes in the 1.70 patch.
Assume nothing.

No readme on my download. Did I miss a post or something? How can you have a patch with major rule changes and have no documentation? Anyone else having this problem?

It's better but I think there are some significant rules changes that aren't explained here.

The manual was not updated since the release of the game, and the biggest changes comes with 1.60.
