cant play TCP/IP game

it worked when i first got the game now it don't.
iv byepassed my wireless, turned off firewalls, antivires put the game on the list and called the server company...
i'v played many games tcp/ip.
some others i know have the same problem now.
what do i need to do? or is it the pacth or something new from windows
