technical?

I know this is not technically a "technical" problem, but I haven't gotten any response on a similar post last week, nor a direct email to Erik R.

Anyway, when I tried to order the game and apply my promo code the screen just refreshes and the promo code doesn't seem to enter. I then tried calling Digital River to order through them and the same thing happened to their service rep.

1 - Are the promo codes still good?

2 - If yes to #1 above, how can I order the game and get my code to pass muster?

I've written Matrix to ask them to contact you. I did see your other post, but didn't respond because this is a purely Matrix-related matter. We'll get this resolved somehow...

Sorry Mike, I've been sick. The promo codes should be working, though they were temporarily disabled during the Holiday Sale. I will check with DR tomorrow morning to find out what could be wrong and fix it.

There may be nothing worse than when you miss work, return, and get slammed for something that happened while you were away and had no control over.

Anyway, no hard feelings, glad you are now on it, and happy to know I will soon be crowned emperor!

Been on vacation, so when I got back I tried to order again this morning, same ding-dang problem. The promo code will not apply. What do I have to do to get this game? VERY FRUSTRATING!
