Password for PBEM

In my PBEM with Steve we've run into a problem as follows:

I run my turn as the Allied player, save and then email the file to hi. He tries to open the file and it asks for Player 2 password. Seeing as he's Player 1 we have a problem. I check and sure enough on my machine the turn save file asks for Player 1 password. What gives? He resent his turn, I ran my turn again and guess what? Yep, same problem.

Anybody had this problem and if so how do we fix it?

Sure you're sending the right file and is he sure he's opening the correct file ? I'd double check it all, especially if you have multi-installations - dropping things in the right place can be a problem...
Check the time/date stamp etc ... Otherwise, send to me and I'll look at it for you
