They should, if you click on each you should see that they are upgrades.

I've looked through them and they are duplicates - I have 4 of each upgrade.

I'm pretty sure I found out what's going on. They are definitely duplicates, but...

If you open Tracker, load a turn, use it, then leave it open in the background until the next turn comes in, load it, and so on, you get the duplicates. Close Tracker, open it, and the duplicates go away.

So, even though they are duplicates it doesn't matter because it fixes itself.

Sorry guys, been traveling a bit - yeah I noted that problem a while ago with Nomad I believe ... I'll see if I can fix it before next release (it's just an annoyance - not data corruption)

-SeethingErmine - I'll fix that too, thanks for pointing it out.

Sorry, you're right, I was answering from work and trying to work around the boss. I just didn't look close enough. It does have something to do with having multiple programs up and running. I found that just closing tracker down and loading it again seemed to fix it. I saw it most when opening both Staff and Tracker at the same time.

I'll take a look at it tonight if I can find time. I think I know why it's happening...
Delete the trackerdb.* files.
Copy the pwsdll.dll file from the game folder to the WitPTracker folder.
Try running the WitPTracker.bat again.

So, I was wondering if you have plans for a version 1.5 release? I do understand, so much to do and so little time to do it. [:)]

It's in the works.
Delete the trackerdb.* files.
Copy the pwsdll.dll file from the game folder to the WitPTracker folder.
Try running the WitPTracker.bat again.

I've had a little glitch here and there - nothing big - but today the "Current Turn" Intel was coming up blank, even though there were plenty of items in there. I tried 'read in text file', which asked for the file but then gave no evidence of doing anything (it might have I just couldn't tell). So I decided to just create a new database.

I deleted the four db files and started Tracker. Got several errors and the bottom line is that it failed. I just went back to the existing database for now.

Is this a known issue with a fix in the works or do you guys need me to capture the error messages for you?

The ability to download the intel page to a cvs file would be a great help.

If you are playing more than one day turns ... this is normal ... I think Floyd might fix this for the next release. Alerts have nothing to do with SigInt, they are made by Tracker comparing one save with the next, not from the SigInt files....

No worries Todd ...

I've been toying with the idea of improving the TF screen to see not just docking levels, but also re-Arm levels ... also more than that I'd like to see if I can do a lookup for close bases (although maybe this is unneeded) thoughts ?

More stuff on the Air Production screen

I'm working on a WiTPAE planner tool that allows you to zoom in and out of the map and to also show where units are moving to and a number of other cool enhancements. Where did you get the file formats for the save files from? Would you be willing to share them? I'm also interested in whether you might want to collaborate on these tools.

We are under NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with Matrix, so we can't share the file formats with you... guess you could contact Joe ...
As for collaboration - this is Floyd's baby as much as mine (although it took ages before he trusted me enough to let him help with Witp-Tracker)... he probably regrets that cause I've pushed him up a long hill for a few years now[8D]

What idea's do you have? ... we already have a zoom-able map, you can see lcu movement on the game screen... maybe we can incorporate something here.

[edit]
OR the better way would be to use an OpenOffice connection to our DB and get the data from there ... I can show you how to connect this

A question, in intel we get a filter to search specific units, but if the opponent is moving troops by ship, we often get for example 3/2th Division is being moved in an xAK to abc. Is it possible that when we get such a message, that it will be displayed when we are looking for the 2nd Division in the filter ?
The AE-Wiki, help fill it out

You should see both the transport name and the LCU name in the filter and selecting either should show the record. Is that not the case?

Like Damian said, we can't share the save file format - you'd need to get that from Matrix.
As for collaboration, I think Damian has kept me "engaged" enough, but if you have feature ideas, please share them and we may incorporate what we can.

Damian/Floyd,

Your screenshot of Air Frames additions looks great. But one small change please. Right now it is "1*Mitsubishi Ha-32" and if your sort under that column it is done by engine # and not engine type (which would be Mitsubishi Ha-32*1).
