Clock speed effects results?

Don't ever change the time from 1 or the damage, etc. won't work right.

I read somewhere that this was fixed in the Matrix version. I havn't checked so I don't know.... Was it fixed?

1 - 4 were always OK.

8 was a PITA, as the following units often would not show up.

Damage, movement, combat chances are all allowed for in 4 x time.

The combat effects are affected if we use 8?
