facility repair supply ques

is there a chart/table somewhere that details how many supply are required to:


- repair refinery
- repair light industry
- repair heavy industry

and under what circumstances they dont repair (I think i read under 10k supply and no repair, but not sure)

All repair cost 1000 supply points per one industry/resource point repaired. And yes, no repair under 10k supply.
