So what do you think the climb rate should be for all models ?
Regarding speed of BF-109T i am looking into it and service rating is 2 because of thin undercarriage and the fragility of the plane in carrier landings.
It will be in a new thread Nemo, Models I am looking at are :
FW-190A-3
FW-190A-8
FW-190D-9
TA-152H
By any chance do you have any stats for BF-109T or any of the other models above as I am not that happy with the high altittude Maneuverability especially of the K and G models ?
Interesting Juan Ranges are my biggest problem at present still playing around with them and the drop tanks. Regarding Service rating I was thinking that I would have German units Service them as I will be placing a German expeditionary force to your excellent MOD with additional naval ships BBs and CVs. So do you think german units would have had the same service rating problems ? And I am having second thoughts regarding the maneuverability ratings in the high altitude area for the BF-109s as from what I am reading it was Germany's premiere high altitude fighter as FW-190 did not perform well at high altitude.
For ranges I would scale them off the ranges of a comparable plane like the Ki-61, meaning look at the ratio of Max/Ext/Nrm ranges for that and put yours in a similar ratio.
For drop tanks, if you know how much fuel the plane carried internally you can estimate the effect of different drop tanks on it roughly.
As for manuever ratings, I think 15 is reasonable for high alt. I dont know much about the Fw190s performance, but would guess they would be lower across the board, maybe moreso at high alttitude.
That is 728 km/h..since it's in mph in Witp/AE. [8D]

even though the search for an editor for the map is still going on,
I've migrated most of the War in Russia Mod from the regular WitP
to AE. Lots of new data and options await...
Maybe this plane data can help you with the data for your own Mod,
I'd also appreciate any feedback, suggestions, critics, ....
