Miri / Brunei Port Size

These 2 bases make a nice supply of oil / fuel for the Empire and I was wondering if anyone has enlarge Brunei Port beyond a 3 yet ? Miri is maxed at a 3 and I was wondering that if you enlarge Brunei past a 3 then all the oil / fuel would automatically move there instead of stockpiling in Miri ? I am currently enlarging the port beyond 3 and was just wondering if I am wasting my time, or if it is worth it.

It appears that the Fuel will go to whichever port is larger. The oil, however, seems to stay at Miri. This may be because I never let the oil get to a very high level before I begin pulling it out. At any rate, when I got Miri up to size three, all of the sudden, all of the fuel that had been going to Brunei suddenly started to pile up in Miri instead.

Yeah same here - that why I hope when Brunei gets port size 4 it will go there and allow me bigger ships to load it with. In other locations it seems that resources / oil both accumulate at the larger ports. Oh well, guess I will post when it hits 4 so others can learn from my brilliance... or stupidity [:'(]
