Ki-57 Topsy that is. [:)]

My PBEM has now entered March 42 and the Ki-57-I Topsy factory in Hamamatsu didn't automatically upgrade to the Ki-57-II Topsy as I had expected. [X(] The city is well supplied (16k) and nothing else seems out of the ordinary.

Should I wait a few days for the factory to upgrade (which it is set to do) or should I just go ahead and manually convert it (which I would rather not do because of the supply cost).

BTW This is the first time I got to an R&D advance in AE so this answer will help me plan for future airframes. Thanks again!

Give it time. It may take 2-3 weeks before it upgrades.
