JPN early war Over the Beach bonus

JPN gets a special early war bonus of 1200 points for offloading over-the-beach from all AP/AK and xAP/xAK types.
When does the early war bonus stop?

Thanks. Hope you're right. My son is giving me (the US) a lot of stress. He is multiplying the JPN territory like a rabbit making babies.
