Ye Gods I forgot about Elite... [X(] took me a year to get Elite Status

I think I played Pirates on an Atari ST I have the Xbox version but it all seems too fast.

remember how you had to manually land until you could afford that docking computer in Elite?

Elite.............played that game to death.  Remember how you used to have to sync your roll to enter the hanger?

Yep....luckly I had a joystick that you could leave at any point it didnt recentre.

Wodin my heart goes out to yoo, that must've been horrible. I was lucky and had a double tape deck on my stereo and backed up my saves that way.
