TAOW III from Matrix hasn't been around "many years ago" so what game are you talking about?

Your second sentence says "have all documentation..." and now you say no info.

I'm confused.

I have 141 pages of rules etc. that I had printed at Kinkos

The more I think about it maybe I bought the game as a download, I can't remember now.

What I do is write the serial number on the backup disc. I also save a copy of the order email on hotmail so that I can get to it from any computer.

You need your original email or the email address that you used and the credit card that you used.

Yes, life would be simple than but I have none of that. I guess I'm SOL . I gave my old rig to my son, it was an XP unit and ran all of the games fine but was getting tired with all of the other programs on it so I bought top of the line Alienware with Win 7 and cant get any of my old games to run properly!

If you left TOAW on the old computer, there may be a txt file in the install with the serial number.

Thanks for the help guy's but I cleaned all of my stuff from the computer before I gave it away. I'll look for an inexpensive used copy but first I have to get another tower with XP on it so I can run my old games. Not able to get them to run in XP mode within Win 7

You may be able to use the XP compatibility layer for Win7. I'm not sure if it comes with 7 or you download it from MS.

Try filling out a Help Desk request with Matrix. Maybe you can give them enough info to find your original order.

Did you try findmyorder.com  ??

Tried all different ways to run the games.
I upgraded to Win 7 Pro, had Microsoft download everything also and they couldn't get it to run. XP mode is really only for office apps., it wasn't designed to run games so its very low on graphics. We tried everything. When I switched from DOS to Windows I had to keep my old Computer and run a AB switch so I could boot from either system. I'm about to do it again with my new system. I wish I didn't give away my old computer!!!!

Big Bill,

You can try retrieving your order via www.findmyorder.com, or contact our Help Desk for help if that doesn't work.
