Auto victory

Just had auto victory occur as the Japanese, just as things were getting VERY interesting, is there anyway to disable this?, Im just days away from THE DECISIVE BATTLE, and want to have it.:D

Read the auto-victory conditions. See if you can make one of them not happen.

Jumping on the occassion, I was quite disappointed when - after capturing Espiritu Santo and holding it thus triggering the auto-victory - on January 1, 1943 the game simply reverted to the menu screen. WTF, no congratulations, promotions, medals, geishas??? Not even a lowly "game ends"?
Hey, if one cannot get respect and recognition in real life, at least a game should give us the illusion! ;) :D

I ran into this for the first time just the other day. Never dawned on me that I had an auto victory. I thought it was some kind of a bug.

Somebody who responded to my post said that Matrix was thinking about fixing this in the next patch.
If something's not working you might want to tunk it a dite.
