Convoys crash ToW

Because the game overwrites the port designation in "cities.csv" from (port+supply=2) to (normal=1)

Investigated the following error:

ERROR: Convoy at line 3 (convoys.csv) has destination city which is NOT a port city!

checked convoys.csv line 3 (new convoy from Sevastopol to Istanbul)

and found to my shock that Istanbul has changed form port to no-port in one turn:

before:

Istanbul;180;129;2;1;3.000000;15;0

after:

This convoy is essential. How to continue the game as the error is consistent and happens repeatably. Thank you.

Are you sure this is with 1.70a ?

Pretty sure. See screen shot if I try to update the V1.7 HotFix version again. Is there another way to double check?

I reinstalled everything fresh - just in case and will in the meanwhile try to mod Istanbul back to "port".
