Yo Schreck! MMCCIII Campaigns?

Post by vonB »

It must be a real pain having to reset them all the time. Any result from the techs on the Windows Server issues? If not, pass on this message as a reminder that some people still do play from time to time, and there is no reason that a Windows Server should behave like this. Never did on our day....

MMCCIII Campaigns are down at the moment...

Thanks for keeping the Campaigns up ... despite your huge 'stipend'; but ease up on the Viagra and things will return to normal [;)]

Justathort... Can you (or ask a tech to do it) put the MMCCIII Servers in the Windows Server Startup? If is is rebooting periodically, then that might help some? On the other hand, the Server may just be resetting the connection, and that could be a variety of causes (Firewall, Router, NIC, Policies, Updates, etc etc). Perhaps we will never know.

I sent a general support request about this. If this Server has got 'issues', then why not run the MMCCIII Servers on another machine while this one gets sorted? It's hardly rocket science, and the logic is manageable by a 4 year old.

Of course it's sortable. It's just a question whether they can be bothered to get off their arses and do something about it. I don't expect a reply. I mean, if you don't get the courtesy of a response, then we haven't a hope in hell have we.... [8|]

I'm told they are not ignoring my emails.

Just not answering them.
