How do I use pay pal to buy DW.

Ok, so how do I use Pay Pal to buy this game? I inquired to get a pre paid credit card, and see that I have to pay a $25 start up fee or what ever they call it. That and plus the $40+ (depending on the exchange rate) it will be like $65 or more. So maybe I should try the Pay Pal route.

So how does it work? I set up a Pay Pal account. Then what? When I set up a Pay Pal account how long do I have to wait before I can use it? Then when I go and buy the game through Pay Pal, how long does it take before Matrix will let me download the game?

So if anyone can tell me the step by steps on how Pay Pal works through Matrix games or what ever they call the online store it would be greatly appreciated.

It's just a payment option in the store like any other. I'm not sure how long it takes to create a PayPal account these days. When I created mine way back when, it only took a few minutes. Because of fraud, it usually takes a few hours to process a PayPal order though (I believe this is especially true for the "unverified" accounts). Typically you will place the order and get an e-mail once order verification is complete (once they've done whatever they do with PayPal to verify).

So you saying if I make a Pay Pal account, and when I procees my order to buy the game, how long do I have to wait for the email to tell me I can download the game. Going to set up pay pal now.

Typically, a few hours for an unverified account. I have seen it take up to a day though.

I create account half hour ago and (if you have Visa Card like me) this take few minuts. Already I paid and downloaded but now I have problem with game. I cant start it.

Ok, thanks. I don't have a Credit Card, so I see the option to take money from my bank account. I herd horry stories of Pay Pal keep taking money out of the bank without authorization. Is this normal? Does Pay Pal take money out of your bank without you knowing?

It looks like it takes about a week or more for me to transfer money out of my bank to pay pal. ARGH! I guess I will be waiting no matter what I do now. So I guess it's about a week or 2 before I get the game now. [:(]

See my reply in the tech support forum, it's an incompatibility with some regional/language settings. I've posted an easy work-around there until we release a fix.

My wife gave me a great idea. Instead of getting a Credit Card that I can top up, I will just get one for $50. So my quesiton is, since I am in Canada, what does Matrix say the exchange rate is for the Canadian dollar? Is $50 Canadian enough to buy it?
