Just purchased the game while at work...

...and got a download link right then and there. I closed that window as I want to download the game when I get home of course. Unfortunately the confirmation mail I got does not have a link to download (using GMail so I wanted to just open the mail account at home and download).

I've already emailed support at Matrix about the dilemma -- I've just never NOT gotten a mail with a link to a download site in many years for a game I've bought online.

Can anyone offer any help/links on this? I did a quick scour of the Matrix site and didn't find a place to initiate a download

Just keep your receipt and go to www.findmyorder.com with your order info when you get home and you can retrieve a download link and/or your serial number. You can also use the link in the Store FAQs for this, but www.findmyorder.com is usually easier to remember.

Worked like a charm. So well in fact, that I found a record of and link to an old game I bought years ago and thought I'd never be able to download again (without buying it again). It was Space Empires V from 2007.

I will download it "for the collection", but I'm hoping that where SEV went very wrong, DW will step up to the plate.

I am in the same boat, but I used paypal.  All the customer service sites say they can not find my order

Hi 4xfan,

Did your order actually complete? Sometimes PayPal orders take time to process because of the extra verification required. If it did not complete that process yet, it would not show up. If you have the order receipt, it should show up on www.findmyorder.com.

I got a paypal receipt saying it was paid but the site you gave says it can't find my order.
