Hi,

I'm wondering what is the refund policy for Matrix Games? I'd like to have a demo to make sure it runs without problems on my system but I've read there will be no demo. What is the refund policy for Matrix games in case there is a problem?

If the game will not run on your system, they will refund your money. For other reasons though it won't happen.

hi there, i'm pretty comfortably above the min specs but i was more worried about the lag problems a user reported earlier when zooming (which i think is a major part of the game). i'd be happy with even a non-playable short rolling demo snippet if there was one but i don't think there will be. Thanks for answering my question! Glad to know Matrix will honor that in case there is a tech problem.
