Update from the salt mines

Post by tracer »

Thought I'd post a sit-rep on the progress of the Ter61 files. After a couple of major setbacks (hard drive crash and illness) I've completed z4 and z3; with a tail wind I should have the two remaining zoom levels done by this weekend. If anyone's interested in checking them out I posted them: Ter61z3 and Ter61z4

Also, if anyone has created any multihex structures and would like them placed in these files (there are over 50 empty slots) just send them to me at jimnsb@cfl.rr.com and they'll be added.

thanks tracer,

I´ll check your files.:) Unfortunately I don´t have any building graphics that could be put into Ter61 file but I would recommend anybody who would like to see new buildings added to SPWAW to take the opportunity and send his pics/drafts to tracer quickly!;) Making new buildings is not so difficult and It´s even comparatively easy to recombine parts of already existing SPWAW building to new ones!

Grrrr  While doing the final SP-Fixes I found that some of my building icons needed further resizing. I discovered that the actual zoom levels are 80%, 61% (0.6055) and 36% (0.3611)...that small difference was causing problems with a few structures.

If I did this for a living I would have starved a long time ago :D
