Contruction Stalls?

I notice most of the time when my ships or stations are being close to finished (95.47% for ships and 2 or 3 unbuilt componets for stations) why does it seem like the construction has stalled out? Im i just missing resourses?

99.9% sure you are short on a resource. Go to one of the construction projects and click on it, then double click on its name in the bottom left display and it should open a detailed view. In that view look at the components, the unbuilt ones will have the yellow and black construction stripes on them. See what resources they need, then check in your Expansion Planner to see what your Demand/Supply for those resources is and how many Sources you have. This can generally be fixed by building a single mining station or colony on a source that has the missing or scarce resource.
