Blue Icon before planet name

Sorry if this is too obvious to everyone else but me, but some of my planets have a blue and white icon before the planet name on the galaxy screen (sorry- can't make out what the icon is a picture of). What does this mean?

That is a refueling depot symbol I believe.

Talking of symbols, does anyone know what the 3 predator dot thing means? Also known in the science world as the 'therefore' sign I believe...

The "therefore" three dot sign means that there is a point of interest in that system, such as "The Great Tomb of Whatever"...
