Abandoned Frigate - can't capture

My ship will find abandoned frigate and ask to investigate, it will again find abandoned frigate and ask to investigate. It will do this until I say "leave it alone."

I have this problem as well and uploaded my savegame as "Abandoned Frigate 2.zip"
