Panzer will not move, well almost

I have had some troubles with my computer and then all my WIR games got the "flue" all my panzers cant plot more then 2 hexes.:( Tried to reinstall all games the same result BUT soviet tanks can plot 5 hexes:mad:
Talk about give the Germans a handicap:rolleyes:
A great man ones said "Veni Vidi Vici" and "Alea iacta est"
But a lot other said this "Ave Caesar,morituri te salutant"

Sounds like they're out of supply or the game just thinks they are.
Pretty strange! maybe you could backup the saved games & re-install WIR?
