Unhandled Exception: Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Post by TokyoJedi »

version 1.0.2 / 1000 stars.

Just crashed today but luckily only 40 or so minutes after saving.

I was in the middle of 2 wars and sending a fleet of 20 or so ships to refuel and that's when it happened.

I noticed the game was still somewhat responsive so I tried to save but that yielded a 0kb file and no longer responded. Let's just hope my previous save will give at least some insight as to what's going on.

See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging ************** To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. The application must also be compiled with debugging enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" /> </configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I've already uploaded the save through FileZilla and the dxdiag is attached as well. (TokyoJedi Crash March 29)

Thanks for looking into this.

I wanted to also mention that I chose the "Epic" quick start with 1000 stars. I managed to play a couple more hours of my last save (passing the point I crashed previously) so everything's looking good so far.
