BUG: Mark as Obsolete bugs

Bug #1: Designs marked as obsolete while accessing via mini-information panel deletes currently selected design at Designs screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Designs screen and select some design. Here, I have selected Shadow / Military / Escort



2. Select some object and access its design via mini-information panel by clicking on a design name.



3. Mark design as obsolete and click save



4. Design screen will open by itself and design selected at step 1 ( Shadow / Military / Escort ) will be no more

Bug #2: Designs marked as obsolete via Designs screen loose the Amount count

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Design screen, select design, click Edit



2. Mark as Obsolete and click Save



3. Remove check mark from “Only Show Latest Designs”



Amount field is zero now, but ships of such design are still in service.

Game version is 1.0.2.0. Both bugs are reproducible anytime after doing a quick start, starting a new game or loading a save game, so no save games are necessary [:)]

A little bit more as I think it could be related. Automated constructors always build mining and gas stations of AI design, ignoring custom designs. If AI ship design is disabled then they always build mines of default design - MS-1 Mining Station, GMS-1 Gas Mining Station, even if such designs are made obsolete or even deleted. So, the only way to build custom Mining Stations is by manually ordering a constructor ship to build it.

BTW, I'd like if the design list could KEEP the "latest design only" checkmark state off when you edit/create a  design, rather than always reverting to its default 'checked) value ...
