Is there a way to add more turns to a scenario?
I just want to flank the enemy but the time runs out.

Sure, open the editor select the scenario you want to adjust, load it and then adjust the turns to your liking don't forget to save it though.

This is a very good way to simply alter a scenario to match your style of play. A lot of designers allow a certain number of turns based upon their own playing style and/or that of their testers.

A slower, methodical player will often not have enough time to execute wide-ranging maneuvers or slow, cautious approaches.

Another thing to tinker with is the Time of Day (Visibility). This is a way to get more game play from a scenario - it alters things a lot.
