SouthWest Area Fleet?

Anyone any idea to which HQ, if any, Southwest Area fleet is attached too? It isnt on the HQ list.....

It has its own HQ and it should appear in Soerbaja in end of April or so.

Well I've got the SW Area fleet units popping up in Nippon and dont know where to put them. Java it seems, inorder to tie up with their HQ.
