I am new, obviously , to DW, can you through diplomatic means merge empires with those of same species ? thanks

Never seen it, but have gotten other empires planets by them revolting and joining me.

I was suprisedthat the game had same race other empires.. it just suprised me, not bad... never had that in a game before is all.. thanks

Other races and your own can join you by revolt and even migration movements. Even your own people can migrate to another empire.

I had one game that had 3 other Human empires.
