Ship stuck retrofitting

I have a ship being retrofitted at a randomly acquired base. The problem? None of my freighters are transporting the needed materials to it.

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about that, except wait

How long has the ship been waiting to be retrofitted?  Could just need time for a freighter to become free and to move the materials over

Until it ran out of gas. Been sitting there for ~ six months. It's right next to my home system, as well. [&:]

Ok, that doesn't sound right If it was quite far away, and not for so long, I could understand
