Emptying re-supply ships

Is there a way to empty a ship cargo bay?

My fleet runs on calson at the moment but as most gas giants have both fuels my re-supply ship is carrying a load of hydrogen that i don't need. I'd rather dump it and fill it with only calson

Good obsevation. The fuel should be able to be placed into storage at colonies and bases. Also, an automated resupply ship should be able to manage this sort of thing.
Wish list:population centers beyond planetary(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Culture):Ships,Ring Orbitals,Sphere Orbitals,Ringworlds,Sphereworlds;ability to create & destroy planets,population centers,stars;AI competently using all advances & features.
