A shot in the dark here....

I purchased GGWAW a LONG time ago. To make a long story short....My computer got infected with a virus and I lost everything on my computer.

Today I was going through my discs and I came across my old Gary Grigsby's World at War.

I wanted to know how I can come across a serial number to download the game back on to my computer?

Who do I have to contact for that kind of info?

If you registered your game the serial number info is in the members area under my games, if not guess you'll have to contact Matrix through the helpdesk, it may be quite useful to have a prove of purchase, also if you bought in a shop the serial number might be printed in the box or cd.
Be aware that GGWAW is not the same as GG A World Divided, if you don't have the second I recomend you get it, don't think anyone plays the first one anymore.

I ended up buying AWD again. Oh well. I didn't have any proof of purchase so I just broke down and bought the game again.

Unfortunately, my problem now is that I'm having a bitch of a time trying to beat the AI.

It's great game so I don't think you'll regret buying it a second time.
Abput the AI you'll end up beating it and then it will be time for a pbem game, and that's where the real fun of the game lays.
This time don't forget to register your game and burn it to a cd for back up.
