About Quick Saves

Now that we can Ctrl S for a quick save, is there any chance that the quick save dosn't go over a quick save? I find I have to search where my last save game is. I make a save named DW1. After playing for 3 hours, I will have say 4 automatic saved games. From time to time, I will quick save my game as well. When I quick save and then stop playing, and the next day I want to restart thinking my quick save is from DW1, when in fact the quick save went over autosave 4.

So is there a way when I quick save, it dosn't go over an autosave?

right click, select view, select details.
then click on 'date' to sort by date.
