the ability to disable the icons of certain types of ships in sector/galaxy lvl

what the title says

when playing a well developed game and you zoom out it basically makes it really hard to see the dark blue faction

plus it gives a little bit more oversight if you weren't screenspammed by 500000 construction/civ ships, maybe even (at that time) uninteresting military of the opposing factions
