The story of the New Caldari State.

Introduction

Many centuries ago, the Caldari State launch a small program for the colonization of a distant star cluster at several hundred light years.

The colonization ship named "Jason" carrying ten millions settlers, with millions of tons of industrial, medical and technological material, everything needed to create quickly a new colony, was launched in the greatest secrecy by the Caldari State.

Jason leave the Caldari Station.

After three hundred years of travel in cryotechnic stasis, the settlers have a very bad surprise when they awake.

For unknown reason,the "Jason" was severely damaged. He lost 70% of cryotechnic stasis modules, and more 80% of the industrial material and he didn't come out of hyperspace in the good stellar system.

He arrived at more then 2 lights week of an ordinary star, and optical observations revealed the presence of only one habitable planet in this poor system.

With all the damage he suffered, the ship was doomed to never goes in hyperspace again, and travel to the planet take three months.

When settlers land on the planet, they have no other choice for survive to cannibalized the ship.

By doing this, they lost all the technologies needed to create the colony, but they survived.

Chapter One : The time of darkness.

After the first settlers found the colony of New Caldari Prime, they regressed to the level of a neo-barbarian society caused by the lost of many essantial technologies.

These times of darkness end after 25 centuries, when a brilliant scientist named Kardakkan decoded essential data extracted from a piece of Jason's wreckage. These critical data has allowed the glorious rebirth of the New Caldari State.

After 200 years of technological and industrial advances, the State launch the "Kardakkan" program.
This program is simple : Explore and colonize this star cluster.

Year 2714 after landing, the start of Kardakkan program in New Caldari Prime.



To begin, they start the construction of a huge space station into orbit from New Caldari Prime.
This station will be the heart of the Caldari expansion in this region.

After many years, the station is completed and space is open for the Calari !

2755.02.28. A great day for the Caldari State ! The Lord Kardakkan Orbital Station is finish after 41 years of labor.



This first objectif of the station is to build civilian ship and small station for launch the space industry of the system. Many ship and station designes are develloped and launched in few months.

This second objectif, is to build a new Warpdrive ship for explore the star. The "Precious Journey"

2755.05.25. Four months of building, the Precious Journey is launched.

After the success of this first warp travel, nothing can stop the New Caldari Space.

Chapter two : Space Industrial Expansion.

When Kardakkan extract critical data from the wreckage, he found powerfull shielding technology called "Megatron Z4".

After retroconception, engineers realized that this technology requires raw materials which was not present on the planet.
This powerfull shield need, krypton, gold, lead, dilithium and tyderios raw.
Without shield defense, Caldari civilian ship are highly vulnerable to stellar radiation, impact of micrometeorites and other risk encountered in space.

To solve this problem, engineers designs all ships with strong armor plating, but it's not the best.

The solution is easy : Found and harvest raw need for build shield megatron.

First step, build a Mobile Construction Station.

2755.09.30. The first MCS is launch.



Second step, found raw material for basic industry and shield construction.

2756.08.18. Precious Journey found industrial raw on Kisogo 7 Moon I

2757.03.10. Precious Journey found rare dilithium deposit on the surface of Kisogo 8 Moon III.



2757.05.02. The M.C.S. start the construction of the first Caldari's mining station on Kisogo 7 Moon I.



2757.10.22. After 5 months of building, the first mining station start harvesting industrial raw on Kisogo 7 Moon I.



2757.11.12. Precious Journey found another industrial raw deposit on Kisogo 9 Moon I.



2758.07.22. Precious Journey scan the rich asteroid belt in Kisogo system.



2759.09.27. First gas mining station end at Kisogo 8. This station mine fuel need by the civilian industrial infrastructure of Kisogo system.



2760.07.22. After his first interstellar warpdrive, Precious Journey found a Gas Giant planet with Krypton and Tyderios gas in the Nennamaila System.



2761.11.24. The second gas mining station is over. This station mine the latest raw need for the construction of Megatron powerfull shield defense.



With all the raw needed for a starting stellar industry, engineers start designs news civilian ship and station equiped with the megatron powerfull shield defense.

We are under attack !! Help !!

This is the latest message send by the new gas mining station in orbit of the gas giant planet Nennamaila 8.

The data send in the message show a strange Blackbird hull ship launching torpedo in the station.

2762.03.22. Four months after the end of the construction, the mining station is detroyed.



After this dramatical attack, Caldari State decide to design new station and ship with the powerfull Megatron shield.
Fortunately, station send many freighter of Tyderios and Krypton gas need to build many shield emitter.

All the new designs equiped with the megatron technology.

After this attack, the military send the Precious Journey scoot nearest stellar system searching the ship and his base, without success.

The first fleet of the New Caldari State.

After the destruction of the Gas Mining Station at Nennamaila 8, Caldari Military Force decided to create a fleet for the protection of this system.

The crew training and the building take some time, but, at 2771.12.09 1st fleet is ready and patrol station perimeter.



For a quickly fuel supply, C.M.F (Caldari Military Force) ask civilian industry to build a Mining station equipped with docking bay into orbit of Nennamaila 7.

2773.02.09. The Fuel Supply Station start mining gas at Nennamaila 7.



With the construction of this station, and the 1st fleet patrolling the system, Nennamaila is now safe for intensive industry operation.

State Organization.

C.M.F
Caldari Military Force is the organization that manages directly, or not, all operation for the protection of the State. C.M.F lead directly all military troop on the planet, and trooper onboard the starship.

C.N.F
Caldari Naval Force is the organization that manages the deployment of spaceship, under the direction of the Caldari Military Force. C.N.F also manages the recruitement and training of officers and crews of all military starship and station.

C.S.D
Caldari Starship Designs manages the creation of new designs for military ship and station, under the direction of the Caldari Naval Force.

C.P
Caldari Police handles the maintenance of ordre on the planet and civilian quarter of orbital station, and customs management onboard spaceports.

C.C.C
Caldari Cartography Commission is in charge of exploration and cartography planetary, asteroid and gas cloud resource and location.

C.S.C.C
Caldari Secure Commerce Commission is the organization in charge of secure all commerce transaction and monitoring price of goods in Caldari State.


Private Corporation.

Rapide Assembly Corporation
This corporation is specialized into conception and construction of small and medium freighter.

Viziam Construction Corporation
This corporation is specialized into conception and construction of large freighter and mining station.

Perkone Transport Corporation
This corporation is specialized into the transport of industrial good and fuel between mining station and planet or spaceport.

Deep Core Mining Incorporated
This corporation is, in fact, a Megacorporation specialized into extraction of industrial raw and gas. It's manage all ship and station mining operation in the Caldari Space.

Spacelane Patrol Corp.
It's a little corporation that manage passengers transport between planet anf orbital structure or station.

Caldari Steel
This corporation manage the development and production of civilian and military components for starship and starbase.

Exploration of nearest constellation.

After the protection of Nennamaila system, industry grow again and again.

The Caldari Cartography Commission (C.C.C) decide to launch the Precious Journey with mission to explore all star in the nearest constellation (called A2 in galaxy map)
This mission will take many months, and the ship is fitted with additional fuel tank and a new scanner.

During this exploration, surpopulation began a problem on New Caldari Prime.
The first solution is to build more orbital habitat into orbit, but the best will be sending population on another planet.

Surpopulation on New Caldari Prime : 18 Billion people.



In 2774.03.21. The precious Journey send an intersting repport of strange golden asteroid in the new discovered Sakenta Asteroid Belt.

After this discovery, Precious Journey continu his exploration.
In 2775.01.27 he found a damaged ship with the same energetic emission of the unknown ship how has attacked the gas mining station.

Immediatly after this report, Caldari Naval Force send the 1st fleet for investigation.

2775.12.06. 1st Fleet circle the pirate ship.



Unfortunately, an automated blaster on the pirate ship open fire against the leader. The ship is instantly vaporized by the combined weapon of all the 1st fleet. No data this time.

When Precious Journey come back to home, he detect strange energetic pulsation, and his captain decide to investigate.
He found a Neutro Star. This strange star emite powerfull pulse radiation. This place will be able to become an interesting area.
