Looking for allied opponent CLOSED

Looking for an allied opponent for a second pbem.
I;m a long time witp/ae player since 2005 , mainly as allies and limited as Japanse .
Can do 3-7 turns a week all depending on how much time i'm granted by the wive and work [;)]
Prefer scen2 , rules are open for discussion .
Intention is only to give up after a second a-bomb is dropped [:D]
