Losses report & defeated countries

Losses report & defeated countries

When a country gets defeated and surrenders it disappears from the losses report. I think it would be better if it stayed there so that the player could compare losses suffered in the past campaign to the current one. This being a tiny change I suppose would not require too much work, and would be a real help to immerse in the game.
