Weirdness in 1.03.1102a

To start, is version 1.03.1102a from 27 Feb 2010 the latest version?
Can't find info about this anywhere, and all the versions i see posted in the forums have a diferent format, so am a bit confused.
That version info is what I see on my Main Menu Screen.
I've updated it a couple months ago, but only started playing it today, which brings me to the reason I posted this:

I've noticed on my Operational Report (same on the AI report, tried loading as my oponent just to check this), dozens of lines with stuff like this:
"Corrected type on 3rd Marine (Regiment): now Infantry Unit / Regiment"
At first I thought it was some one shot correction from latest patch, but it's happened now 3 turns in a row, with the same units, so I don't know if this is a bug or not.

It's no biggie really, but it's annoying to have half your Operations Report cluttered with such...

Don't worry.
This is just reporting fragments that it thinks it has fixed...problem is that they now show up as 'organizing' fragments.

Well, it's happening EVERY turn, it's really annoying...

Are you telling me it's SUPPOSED to do this?

No, it is a bug which is annoying but not critical.

It has been addressed in the next release.
