Suggestion: The selected object's pop-up menu.

Add a pop-up menu to click on the selected following objects in order to form a global task assigned automatically.

1. Enemy units / planet / galaxy / group / fleet.
2. Abandoning ship (including those of the repairs).
3. None selected object / Click a blank area.
4. Planet types are mining, tourism, scientific research.
