Modding air combat

I have no experience with modding the game, what values should I change to achieve the following:

- Making bombers suffer lesser losses when bombing land units
- Making fighters more effective against strategic bombers

I believe those are rows 104-111 in consts.csv (to be precise 106-111 without first value).
Making fighters more effective against strategic bombers
Not sure, search for texts related to "interception". Maybe row 290 and first value in row 78.
