The tutorial was never completed for the initial game release and is still a work in progress. According to one recent post I read, Eric and Joe said something about it coming with the next major patch ...

I've also made a number of video tutorials that may be of help to you. It's still a work in progress... Links follow to the thread that discuss them and where you can download them.
