Bug?

The Seven Years’ War was fought across the globe and called by some the first “World War” as virtually every major power participated. In the center of events was Prussia, almost constantly at war and lead by the now legendary Frederick the Great.

Relive the exciting and trying days of Frederick the Great in Horse and Musket: Volume I, the improved and expanded combination of the previous Prussian War Machine and Prussia’s Glory titles. Horse and Musket: Volume I is a reboot of the successful Horse and Musket series, including not only two solid historical titles in one package, but also many new game features, a powerful new editor, and a complete graphics overhaul to an already acclaimed gaming system.

Bug?

Post by BK6583 »

Playing against Austrian AI in Torgau. Austrian leader runs rampant through Prussian gap in lines and eliminates a bunch of Prussian leaders -sorry but WTF???

Also - AI still does stupid pet tricks. Moves arty forward into no man's land unsupported and naturally gets eliminated. Moves leaders into no man's land between lines and gets eliminated. Come on guys - I've been playing computer games a loooong time - understand it'll never be close to human - but STOP the stupidity!!!

That said - am enjoying a very well done and over all redo of the original game, which I've BTW also played extensively. Don't let my comments above dissuade anyone thinking of buying this game - buy it! Overall game mechanics and just general feel for the era are extremely well simulated!

Ditto to each point including the recommendation to buy the game!
