Not sure if it already happens, but I'd love to see all space creatures gain size & strength as they eat ships.

they do, I think eventually they even produce little ones... I had some giant keltors who did exactly that, they got MASSIVE and suddenly there were a bunch of smaller ones in the same system (in addition to the original giant keltors)

One of the "Debris Fields", were ancient abandoned and damaged ships lie, is Full of the Slugs. 1 Huge 1 and and a bunch of regular sized.

I too have seen the Ardillus of Windus 7 in my last game. [:D]
