Was looking for the user Manual, in the Manual folder all there is, is a Matrix Catalog.

Where would I find it?

There is no manual. Just the help files you can access in game that works like a web, with lots of links around but not much of a step by step guidance through the rules.
Yeah, i know, i don't like it either [;)]
