1.0.4.4 autodesign issue

Playing the Quaremo, I get the very nice NX-700 reactor at the start. But none of the initial ships use it. In fact, autodesign doesn't use it at all... ever. If I use the Upgrade design button, the reactor is used and I get a superior and cheaper Mk2 version.

The behavior can be seen in my already uploaded saves.

Does this affect any other race's advanced starting tech?

This is fixed in the final version of 1.0.4
