Modding Advice Requested

I recall some conversation in the Forum but cannot find a way to download the various scenario databases to enable mass editing in Excel and/or Access. Is this available to users? Is the how-to in the provided materials and I just cant find them? Is there another download required?

I am modding off of Ironman, and I am curious how different the pilot and ship experiences are versus Sc 1 - among other checks.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Put it in your scen file.

Then use the command prompt...to use the program.
